This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Trustly-AI (trustly-ai.com), operated by VAULT 369 LTD.
1. Current Status
Trustly-AI does not currently offer paid products or services. All content on this website is provided free of charge. There are no purchases available at this time, and therefore no refunds are applicable.
2. Future Purchases
If and when paid products or services become available (such as courses, premium content, or digital downloads), the following refund terms will apply:
- Refund window: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the purchased content.
- How to request: Email support@trustly-ai.com with your order reference and reason for the request.
- Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-refundable items: Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed are not eligible for a refund after the 48-hour window.
3. Stripe Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us immediately at support@trustly-ai.com. We will investigate and resolve any billing disputes promptly and in good faith.
4. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access to future services.
